Our refund policy applies to web development services only. SEO services are non-refundable.

This refund policy applies exclusively to web development services. SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable under any circumstances. By accepting SEO services, you acknowledge that these are ongoing services with results that depend on multiple factors and market conditions. SEO results are not guaranteed and depend on various external factors including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

BE RYVEN offers refunds for web development services that do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement or that there are significant defects that prevent the website from functioning as intended.

3. Partial Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project before completion, your refund will be calculated based on the remaining work. For example, if your project is 80% complete and you decide to cancel, you will only receive a refund for the remaining 20% of work. Payment for completed work is non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Fully completed and delivered web development projects that meet agreed specifications.
  • Requests falling outside the original project scope or additional services requested after project completion.
  • Non-refundable deposits as specified in the project agreement.
  • Maintenance and support services provided on an ongoing basis.
  • All SEO and digital marketing services (non-refundable due to their ongoing nature and external dependencies).

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email your request to beryven@gmail.com with your project details and reason for refund.
  2. Provide clear details regarding the issues encountered and how the delivered work does not meet specifications.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with our decision.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
  5. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
