We provide Local SEO and Development Services. Project timelines are estimates based on initial requirements. Delivery of final assets is subject to full payment clearance. Any delays caused by client feedback or lack of assets are not the responsibility of BE RYVEN. We strive to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs and code created by BE RYVEN remain our intellectual property until the project is paid in full. Upon full payment, the usage rights are transferred to the client, excluding our proprietary underlying frameworks or pre-built assets. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered work for their intended purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Services require an initial deposit as specified in your project agreement. Remaining balances are due upon project milestones or completion. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or withholding of final files. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept various payment methods as agreed upon in the project contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BE RYVEN be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or products. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services. We are not responsible for any third-party services, hosting providers, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary assets, and timely feedback to ensure project progress. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may extend project timelines and incur additional charges. Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials provided to BE RYVEN for inclusion in the project.
